Key Responsibilities

  • Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and client interactions in a professional and timely manner.

  • Coordination & Follow-ups: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed and closed efficiently.

  • Workflow Management: Track tasks, update records, and ensure smooth handoffs between teams.

  • Issue Resolution: Understand client concerns and ensure proper resolution or escalation when required.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
