Budget Management Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Quality Assurance itor and ensure the quality of project deliverables, adhering to the highest standards.
Reporting Track project milestones and deliverables, prepare status reports, and present to senior management.
Process Improvement Continuously identify and implement improvements to project management processes and methodologies.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the insurance or fintech industries.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capability to manage diverse teams.
Strong problem-solving and ision-making skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
Bachelor s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Professional certifications like PMP, PRINCE2, or similar are highly preferred.
