Leave management (Handling end to end LAMP system) Management of other entitlements, reimbursements, insurance, claims etc. Other tasks within HR including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Legal & Compliance, HR Information Systems (HRIS). Vendor Management and allied activities in addition to the core responsibilities mentioned above Desirable Profile: - Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in payroll processing. - Education: Preferably a postgraduate degree in a field related to Human Resources.
