Role & responsibilities

Annual Planning & Budgeting and compliance
Fixed Assets Management and MIS
Co-ordinate for Expat support and Co-ordinate Facility Management
BCP Items Inspections
Oversee reporting, compliance, audit and risk management
People Management and expat welfare / benefit Management
Annual Planning & Budgeting of capital procurement
Oversee reporting, compliance, audit and risk Management
Inspection of Important Articles & Circulation of Inspection Control sheet
Inspection on Ordinary Key Control list & Circulation of Inspection Control sheet
Circulation and Inspection of Unprocessed articles
Inspection on Equipment Ledger
Door to Door Access card deniel Report circulation
Regular Inspection of Access Cards
Office Premises - CCTV recording Report
Keys Control Sheet -Vault Key
Ensure smooth conduct of all GA operations
Ensure to upkeep the office facility and maintain hygiene
Ensure Timely and cost-effective travel arrangements
Ensure timely support to Expat and related compliances
Ensure all documents and Files are maintained as per HOP
Ensure all procurement within Budget and as per HOP
Ensure to maintain smooth cafeteria operations
Ensure logistic support to employees
Ensure to comply with all audit requirement and documents
Ensure to process all the vendor invoices in stipulated time
Ensure all GA related expense are within Budget

Preferred candidate profile

Facilities Management, General Administration, Vendor Management, Transportation Management, Time office Management, Audit and Compliance, Statutory compliances, Knowledge of SAP, ERP, HRIS, HRMS systems, Negotiation Skill, Team Management, Contract Management and AMC's, Analytical skills,
