Job Description

Handling canteen, transport, housekeeping, gardening, telephone management, guest house management, MIS, guest coordination, driver management, miscellaneous admin works, Purchase Requisition generation.

Handling canteen, transport, housekeeping, gardening, telephone management, guest house management, MIS, guest coordination, driver management, miscellaneous admin works, Purchase Requisition generation.
Procurement of safety shoes, welfare amenities, and uniforms for workers.
Distribution of dry fruits/sweets during festivals, arrangement of events, pooja inside company premises.
Support to HR team as and when required.
Maintenance of guest house, auditorium, training halls, mic, LED, sound system, etc.
Cater car services to EPD plant, guests, government officers as per travel requisition & process their bills.
Deal with RTO office for various works like car/bus passing, RTO taxes, transfer of cars, tax refund, etc.
Arrange for repairs of company cars and settle related bills.
Arrange courier services, distribute internal mails/documents, resolve delivery issues, and settle courier bills.
Coordinate telecommunication services, handle connectivity issues with BSNL/external agencies, approve and monitor timely payment of bills.
Manage data card procurement and service coordination, ensuring timely bill approvals and payments.
Manage mobile connections for employees per company policy, coordinate with service providers, approve bills, and ensure timely payments.
Petty cash handling, arranging payments for driver expenses, parking charges, toll charges, etc.
Maintain records and approve petrol allowances and related payments.
