Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management:

    Organizing meetings, appointments, reminders, and controlling access to the manager.
  • Communication:

    Screening calls, managing emails, preparing correspondence, and acting as a first point of contact.
  • Travel & Events:

    Booking flights, accommodation, organizing itineraries, and planning events/conferences.
  • Documentation:

    Typing, compiling reports, presentations, taking minutes, and maintaining files/databases.
  • Research:

    Conducting research and gathering information for projects.
  • Administrative Support:

    Managing expenses, supplies, implementing procedures, and handling general office tasks.
  • Personal Tasks:

    Running errands, grocery shopping, managing household staff, or other personal duties (depending on the role).
