Job Title: Personal Assistant (MALE CANDIDATES ONLY)

Salary: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.5 LPA (Performance-based)

Job Description :

We are seeking a disciplined, trustworthy, and proactive Personal Assistant to support senior management in daily operations. This role requires strong coordination skills, sharp follow-ups, and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, sound judgment, people-handling ability, and an ownership-driven mindset to ensure smooth execution of tasks and priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

• Daily coordination and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders

• Managing schedules, meetings, reminders, and task tracking for senior management

• Handling emails, documentation, reports, and confidential information

• Supporting basic HR coordination such as interview scheduling and onboarding documentation

• Ensuring deadlines, commitments, and action items are closed on time

• Assisting in decision-making by organizing information and updates

• Maintaining discipline, structure, and workflow efficiency

Key Skills Required :

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and trustworthiness

• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making ability
