Secretary Duties: –
Reading, monitoring and responding to your boss’s email, answering calls and liaising with clients competently, delegating work in your boss’s absence, diary management, attending meetings on your boss’s behalf and with boss. drafting communications on your boss’s behalf, managing and reviewing filing and office systems, typing documents, Pushing the employees to give the output/report as per his requirements Communication skills should be good Sending mails to clients and staff on Director’s behalf coordinating between staff and Director pertaining to works entrusted. Collecting reports from staff Domestic and abroad tours planning Arranging meetings with clients. Preparation of Agenda for the meetings. Reminding the appointments to Director from time to time. Studying the market in the target country or countries identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends planning and reviewing budgets for product ranges meeting with clients here or overseas
