Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic offline sales team . You will be responsible for lead generation, prospect qualification , and sales closures through phone calls and walk-ins . This role will closely collaborate with: Inside Sales Head Business Head City Head ...to ensure a world-class experience for our consumers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Engagement & Follow-Up Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from company-generated leads . Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups using phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. 2. Qualification & Sales Closure Qualify leads based on established criteria. Understand customer needs and intent . Work in tandem with the Field Sales Team to: Facilitate the closing process Handle objections Negotiate effectively 3. Product & Market Knowledge Acquire in-depth knowledge of Emversity’s products/services . Communicate value propositions effectively to prospects. Stay updated on: Industry trends Competitor activities Emerging market opportunities 4. Appointment Setting & CRM Management Schedule meetings and appointments for the Field Sales Team based on qualified leads . Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions within the CRM system . 5. Collaboration & Performance Metrics Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies . Meet and exceed both individual and team-based sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) . Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – ability to build rapport over phone calls. Strong organizational and time-management abilities – capable of handling multiple leads efficiently. Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets . Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment . Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus .
