We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Manager to grow our brand’s digital presence and lead a small team of talented creators. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on storytelling, understands social media algorithms, and can turn ideas into impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Lead, mentor, and collaborate with a team of designers, video editors, and content creators.
Create engaging, trend-driven, and platform-specific content to boost reach and engagement.
Plan, launch, and manage organic and paid campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and brand growth.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep our brand ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

2–4 years of proven experience in social media marketing.
Minimum 6 months of experience in leading or managing a team.
Strong storytelling, content creation, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) is a strong plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute with precision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
