Instagram & YouTube Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Social Media Marketing Manager with proven expertise in Instagram and YouTube organic growth. This role is focused entirely on building our brand presence, driving traffic, and engaging audiences through these two platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Instagram and YouTube organically.
• Create and manage high-performing content, including Reels, Shorts, and trend-driven posts.
• Optimize channel profiles, playlists, hashtags, SEO, and thumbnails for maximum reach.
• Build and engage with online communities through comments, stories, and live sessions.
• Analyze insights/analytics and use data to continuously improve performance.
• Stay up to date on algorithm updates, trends, and best practices for Instagram and YouTube.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Instagram and YouTube marketing.
• Proven track record of growing followers/subscribers and driving organic traffic.
• Strong knowledge of content trends, storytelling, and audience engagement tactics.
• Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, and scheduling tools.
• Creative mindset with the ability to guide and collaborate with designers/editors.
• Team management experience is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
