Key Responsibilities: Handle US accounting tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations & trial balance. Prepare and review financial statements under US GAAP with guidance from senior team members. Support audit procedures such as vouching, verification, and analytical reviews, ensuring proper documentation. Assist in the planning and execution of audits (internal, statutory, tax, and compliance). Help prepare US federal and state tax filings and ensure compliance with IRS regulations. Research and apply relevant tax provisions under supervision, providing inputs for optimization. Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and reports for internal and client purposes. Continuously update knowledge on US accounting, auditing, and taxation standards. Qualification, Skill & Experience (What we are looking for?): CA Inter (Dropout) or Minimum Graduation Required Strong knowledge of Basic accounting & auditing principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards.
