Job Description

Plan and create social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

• Design artwork, banners, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.
• Post regularly and maintain brand look & feel.
• Write simple captions, hashtags and engaging content.
• Manage comments, messages, enquiries and reply professionally.
• Like, comment and interact with architects, customers and industry pages.
• Run basic promotions/boosted posts (if required).
• Track growth, engagement and leads from social media.
• Coordinate with sales team to convert enquiries into business.
• Maintain content calendar and share weekly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 13 years experience in social media / digital marketing (freshers with skills can also apply).
• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business.
• Ability to design posts using Canva / Photoshop / similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of reels, hashtags and trends.
• Creative thinking and eye for design.
• Good communication (Hindi required; basic English preferred).
• Responsible, punctual, and target-oriented.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in architecture / construction / building material industry.
• Knowledge of basic video editing.
• Experience in generating business leads through social media.
