Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a motivated person who can do cold calling to customers, architects, and project contacts. The candidate will manage relationships, explain our products/services, share photos & details, and help increase business through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• • Make daily cold calls to customers, architects, builders and project contacts.

• • Explain company products/services clearly on call.

• • Maintain and update calling data (Tally / Excel or CRM as needed).

• • Build and manage long-term relationships with clients (relationship manage karna).

• • Share company address, catalog, photos and product details on WhatsApp/email.

• • Schedule meetings or visits for the sales team.

• • Follow up regularly until conversion.

• • Report daily calling status to the manager.

• • Handle basic customer queries politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • 03 years of experience in telecalling / sales / customer support (freshers also welcome).

• • Good communication skills — Hindi required; basic English preferred.

• • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups.

• • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Excel / Tally entry preferred).

• • Positive attitude, convincing skills, and patience.

• • Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Preferred (Good to Have)

• • Experience in building materials / architecture / construction industry.

• • Experience handling architect or project databases.
