Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
  • Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and potential clients to nurture relationships.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team regarding client responses and market trends.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in tele calling or lead generation roles.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and engage clients over the phone.
  • Results-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
