Job Description

We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telecalling Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain products/services, generate leads, and support sales or customer service goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and/or inbound calls to customers and prospects
  • Explain company products or services clearly and professionally
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (as applicable)
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses
  • Follow up with interested customers and nurture leads
  • Handle customer queries and objections politely
  • Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
  • Adhere to company scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively
  • Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, call systems)
  • Active listening and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with targets
  • Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Prior telecalling or sales experience
  • Knowledge of CRM tools
  • Multilingual abilities (optional, depending on role)
