Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Generation Executive to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business leads, primarily in the healthcare and corporate wellness space. Your work will play a key role in expanding Mantra Care’s outreach and impact. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, LinkedIn, directories, and other tools Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Schedule introductory calls and demos for the Business Development team Collaborate with marketing to align outreach strategies with ongoing campaigns Track lead generation metrics and report regularly on progress and outcomes Stay up to date with industry trends in digital health, corporate wellness, and HR benefits Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field 0–2 years of experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable with outbound calling and cold outreach Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Google Workspace Interest or experience in healthcare, HR tech, or wellness sectors is a plus Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset Location - Paschim Vihar Job type - Full time Salary - 3LPA WhatsApp - 9354998586 Thanks & Regards HR Monika Show more Show less
