This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency, optimizing processes, and delivering measurable results aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of end-to-end P&L management for the assigned business division. Develop and execute strategic operational plans to ensure business targets are met. Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements where needed. Lead cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Coordinate with finance, HR, and other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct regular performance reviews and reporting for upper management. Identify and mitigate business risks, ensuring compliance with internal and external policies. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and performance. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management. Proven experience in managing P&L and leading business units. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Operations, or related field is preferred.
