Job Title: Operations Manager Company: Mantra Care Location: Paschim Vihar Delhi, India Experience Required: 8+ years Budget Range: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month Job Description Mantra Care is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of business operations and Profit & Loss (P&L) for one of our key divisions. The ideal candidate will bring deep operational expertise and a strong background in managing business units, with hands-on experience in drafting and managing legal agreements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full operations lifecycle for a business division. Own and optimize the division’s P&L , ensuring cost control and profitability. Develop and enforce operational policies, SOPs, and best practices. Draft, review, and manage legal agreements and contracts. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Legal, Finance, and Business Development teams. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategic improvements. Manage and mentor a team to ensure smooth execution and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in operations management. Proven experience in handling P&L ownership and business division scaling. Proficient in drafting and reviewing legal agreements .
