We have opening for fluent English speakers for our international customers like USA,UK and AUSTRALIA US hours shifts. ( 6.30 pm to 2.30 am ) B2B calling and lead Generation. Experience candidate must be preferred Freshers are also welcome Job Title: International Lead Generation Executive Job Summary The International Lead Generation Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities across global markets. This role involves researching potential clients, executing outbound and inbound lead-gen strategies, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The ideal candidate is proactive, data-driven, and comfortable communicating with international clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients across assigned international regions. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, social media outreach, and other prospecting methods. Build, maintain, and update a comprehensive database of leads in the CRM system. Schedule appointments and product demos for the sales team. Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective outreach campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize lead-generation strategies. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead targets and KPIs. Prepare and present weekly lead-generation reports. Maintain a high level of professionalism and cultural awareness when interacting with international clients. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development—preferably in international markets. Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English; additional languages are a plus. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). Proficiency in using LinkedIn, email automation tools, and lead-gen platforms. Strong research abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with different global markets and cultural practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in B2B environments. Knowledge of digital marketing and sales pipelines. Ability to adapt lead-gen strategies for different regions (US, Europe, APAC, Middle East, etc.).
