Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Lucknow. The responsibilities include answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to prospective students, guiding them regarding the academy's courses, and addressing their queries. The Telecalling Executive is expected to manage student databases, follow up on leads, and maintain strong communication with potential applicants to foster enrollment and ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and telecalling skills, language preferred Hindi and English both
• Proficiency in maintaining contact databases and operations management
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills along with attention to detail
• Ability to handle inquiries, build rapport with prospective students, and provide information persuasively
• Prior experience in a similar or customer support role is advantageous
• Proficiency in using CRM Software or call logging systems is a plus
• Knowledge or interest in defence careers or related subject areas is an added advantage
• Minimum qualification of a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred
