Ensure periodic preventive maintenance of power system, AC, DG, Battery bank to attain infra availability of 99.999 % • Alarm correction and compliance improvement • Preventive Maintenance validation • Hygiene Maintenance of the Sites • Tracking of the changes of infra equipments i.e. configuration etc. • Ensuring the database availability • Working towards providing best in class uptime to the customer • Identifying frequent failing sites and corrective action • Replacement of aged/ faulty equipment • Replenishment of required infra equipment's • Minimizing EB faults • Ensure 24/7 availability for communication • Coordinates with Stores for spare material handling. • Attends and rectifies all service affecting alarm within 24 hrs. • Diagnoses and rectifies faults within stipulated period of time. • Operation & maintenance of Utility Like DG, AC, Battery Bank. • Preparation, implementing the various processes related to Electrical Maintenance, Electricity & Fuel Bills Approval etc. • Preparation, Maintaining and Analyses of network Reports like Power & Fuel Records, DG Servicing Record, Cell site Battery Backup Reports, Electrical infrastructure Record. • Coordination with cross functional teams for smooth execution • Ensuring the timely MIS reports to all concerns. • Regularly attending training programs on fire and electrical safety on ground Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile

Role & responsibilities • Coordinating business development efforts to ensure the full capability of the company is presented to clients • Bidding activity of future Infrastructure investments. • Be involved in all aspects of a deal - from the bid to financial close, together with aiding the identification of infrastructure opportunities in new and existing markets. • Managing and contributing to ROI's as necessary • Identifying new market sectors, and developing strategies to penetrate those markets • Participating in the development and preparation of strategic and business plans • Conduct a thorough analysis of macro and micro-economic trends in the infrastructure industry. • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business. • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the companys unique selling propositions and differentiators. • Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network. • Submit weekly progress reports to the management • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. • Identification of customer needs and challenges • Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients needs, concerns, and objectives. • Effectively communicate client information and insights to team. • Ensure successful communication/works with all areas of the business Preferred candidate profile Preferably male candidate with good experience in infrastructure projects (Highways / Railways / Irrigation Projects) Perks and benefits Best in the industry.
