Role & responsibilities

• Handle

  end-to-end recruitment process

  : sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Focus on

  non-IT roles

  including

  blue-collar, field technicians, and operational staff

  .
• Plan and execute

  campus recruitment drives

  in ITI colleges and other institutions.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, social media, references, and campus networks.
  
• Coordinate with department managers to understand manpower requirements.
  
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment MIS.
  
• Ensure smooth

  joining and onboarding process

  for selected candidates.
• Promote company branding during campus visits and hiring events.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate / Post-Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
  
• 2-5 years of experience in

  non-IT recruitment

  , especially

  blue-collar and field hiring

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  campus hiring / mass hiring

  through job fairs, ITI/polytechnic/college drives.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing channels: job portals, social media, consultants, referrals, and campus networks.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work under timelines.
  
• Willingness to travel for recruitment drives and campus visits.
  
• Energetic, result-oriented, and adaptable to field recruitment challenges.

  or nearby locations (preferred, as the role involves frequent local travel for hiring drives).

• Kannada language proficiency

  is mandatory to interact with colleges, candidates, and local vendors.

• Male candidates preferred
