This role will play a key part in building a strong learning culture that supports employee growth, enhances guest experience, and drives TOVO’s business goals. Key Responsibilities: Training Strategy & Development Design and implement training frameworks aligned with TOVO’s brand values, service standards, and operational requirements. Develop SOP-based training modules for front-of-house, back-of-house, and support functions. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with Operations and HR teams. Create structured induction and onboarding programs for all new hires. Program Delivery & Execution Deliver engaging classroom, on-the-job, and digital training sessions for employees at all levels. Ensure consistent rollout of training programs across outlets. Certify trainers and develop a pool of internal trainers for scalability. Drive skill enhancement workshops, including customer service, food safety, hygiene, and leadership programs. Performance & Impact Measurement Track and measure training effectiveness using post-training assessments, audits, and performance metrics. Partner with outlet managers to evaluate improvements in productivity, guest satisfaction, and compliance. Maintain training MIS and regularly report progress to senior management. Employee Engagement & Development Support career development initiatives, including internal promotion readiness programs. Coach and mentor employees to develop leadership capabilities at outlet level. Build a culture of continuous learning and self-development. Key Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, HR, Business, or related field. · 5+ years of training experience in hospitality/QSR/retail industry. · Strong knowledge of L&D frameworks, instructional design, and adult learning principles. · Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. · Ability to design digital learning content (videos, e-modules, microlearning). · Strong organizational and project management skills. · Willingness to travel to outlets across regions.
