Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern located in Chennai. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting in the hiring process, conducting interviews, communicating with potential hires, and supporting the overall recruiting efforts. Additional responsibilities include organizing and conducting training sessions for new hires and collaborating with the HR team to streamline the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Hiring and Recruiting
• Experience with Interviewing and Communication skills
• Capable of organizing and conducting Training sessions
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
