Recruiting Intern

As an HR Intern for Recruitment, you will be responsible for supporting the Recruitment team in the hospitality sector. Your role will involve various key responsibilities including: - Assisting in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases. - Screening resumes and scheduling interviews. - Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers for interview logistics. - Maintaining recruitment trackers and updating candidate status. - Supporting in onboarding activities whenever required. - Assisting the HR team in day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you are required to meet the following qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR / Business / Management. - Possess strong communication and organizational skills. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
