Human Resources (HR) Internship in Thane, Navi Mumbai, Vashi

We are looking for a proactive HR intern to join our Human Resources department for a 6-month internship. This role will provide you with exposure to various HR functions and give you hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the recruitment process, such as sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups. You will also support onboarding activities for new hires, including documentation and induction. Additionally, you will help in organizing employee engagement activities and events, as well as assist in maintaining employee records and updating the HR database. Providing support in handling employee queries related to HR policies and participating in other HR projects and initiatives as required will also be part of your role.
