Position Overview: We are seeking a Maintenance Executive to support the daily operations and upkeep of multiple restaurant outlets. This role ensures smooth functioning of all infrastructure, equipment, and utilities. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, responsive, and well-versed in basic facility systems like electricals, plumbing, HVAC, and kitchen appliances. Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment & Infrastructure Maintenance Ensure timely maintenance of all kitchen equipment, electrical systems, lighting, and HVAC units. Attend to repair requests promptly to prevent downtime in operations. Follow preventive maintenance schedules and checklists. 2. Vendor Coordination Liaise with external vendors for repairs, servicing, and AMC follow-ups. Ensure timely completion of work and verify service quality. Track and file maintenance records, bills, and service history. 3. Outlet Support Regularly visit restaurant locations for maintenance checks. Respond to urgent maintenance needs reported by outlet managers. Guide outlet staff on basic equipment handling and upkeep. 4. Utility & Compliance Monitoring Check functioning of water, gas, and electricity lines; report or resolve issues. Monitor safety equipment like fire extinguishers and ensure compliance with basic safety norms. Assist in maintaining hygiene and operational standards per FSSAI/local guidelines. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily maintenance logs and repair reports. Provide weekly updates to the Regional Head. Support cost tracking and budgeting as needed. Candidate Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facilities Management preferred. 2–4 years of hands-on experience in restaurant, hotel, QSR, or facility maintenance roles. Basic knowledge of restaurant kitchen equipment. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across outlets in Mumbai. Show more Show less
