Systems & Process Improvement • Implement and optimize finance-related processes in ERP/HRMS. • Ensure robust internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud. • Automate financial reporting for faster decision-making. Team Management • Supervise and guide the finance team in day-to-day operations. • Provide training and mentorship to junior finance staff. Key Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Commerce; MBA (Finance) / CA preferred. • 7–10 years of finance experience, preferably in hospitality, QSR, or F&B industry. • Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and compliance. • Proficiency in Tally, ERP, and MS Excel; knowledge of HRMS integration is a plus. • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
