Recruiting Intern

Job Description: As an HR Intern specializing in Recruitment, you will be an integral part of our team in Navi Mumbai. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Recruitment team in various tasks related to the hiring process. This is a 2-month internship with potential for extension or a full-time opportunity based on your performance and the company's requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in sourcing candidates from multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases. - Screen resumes effectively and schedule interviews in coordination with the team. - Manage communication between candidates and hiring managers for interview arrangements. - Keep recruitment trackers updated with the latest candidate status information. - Contribute to onboarding activities as needed to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Provide support to the HR team in day-to-day operational tasks. Qualifications Required: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or Management. - Possess strong communication and organizational skills to effectively carry out responsibilities. - Demonstrate eagerness to learn and actively participate in a dynamic work environment. - Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint will be advantageous for this role.,
