Recruiting Intern

As part of XIRCLS, you will play a crucial role in our culture of chasing perfection, particularly in the admin & operations domain. Your responsibilities will be diverse, spanning across HR and admin functions in various departments including marketing, sales, client relationship management, and tech support. - Enter candidate and employee data, manage & update as required, assisting the founders and core team in prioritizing tasks, making calls, scheduling meetings, and managing the daily calendar. - Track time and coordinate the completion of ongoing department projects. - Manage all HR-related admin matters such as recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. You are required to possess: - A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently. - Strong attention to detail and efficiency in completing large volumes of work. - Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure tasks are accomplished. - Proactive attitude and readiness to support the team beyond the task list. - Reliability, drive, and results-oriented mindset. - Capability to handle information, tasks, and relationships across different departments with integrity and discretion.
