Client Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for well-groomed, ambitious Client Acquisition / Sales Specialist who have prior experience or interest in ecommerce, web development, social media marketing and especially, the Shopify ecosystem.

This remote, commission-based role is perfect for those eager to establish themselves in the SaaS and e-commerce industry.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the Shopify ecosystem and our products thoroughly to effectively communicate their value.
• Proactively reach out to decision-makers in luxury verticals like fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, home decor, travel, hospitality, etc.
• Leverage existing connections to generate revenue quickly.
• Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including digital platforms, referrals, and networking.
• Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn and Instagram messages to establish connections and present tailored solutions.
• Assist clients during the onboarding process and offer initial training or support.
• Collaborate with marketing and others in the sales teams to refine acquisition strategies and maximize results.
• Track and report progress to ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in sales / client acquisition.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Charismatic, customer-driven, and skilled in engaging luxury brand stakeholders.
• Familiarity with luxury lifestyles and existing connections in the luxury segment.
• Strong organizational focus on achieving targets.
• Results-driven, proactive, and eager to achieve targets.
• Familiarity with using digital marketing tools for lead generation is a plus.

Compensation:

Commission based.
