Client Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview

We are hiring a Lead Conversion Specialist who will handle all incoming leads from Instagram, WhatsApp, Ads, and Website funnels, nurture them with high-quality communication, understand their needs, guide them properly, and close them into paid clients for our programs.
This role is a mix of chat-based sales, phone closing, follow-ups, and CRM maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

1️ Lead Handling & Engagement

• Respond to all incoming IG & WhatsApp leads instantly
• Build rapport, understand pain points, ask the right qualifying questions
• Send voice notes, short videos, or texts as required to increase conversions

2️ Lead Nurturing

• Share program details, results, testimonials
• Handle objections with confidence
• Maintain warm follow-ups for leads not ready to close
• Move leads through the nurturing pipeline until they convert

3️ Calling & Closing

• Call qualified leads to explain the program
• Conduct short discovery calls & convert them into paying clients
• Follow structured sales scripts (training provided)
• Achieve weekly & monthly closing targets

4️ CRM Management

• Update lead status in CRM daily
• Tag leads properly (Hot / Warm / Long-term / Closed / Dead)
• Maintain clear notes for every lead
• Ensure timely reminders & follow-ups

5️ Reporting & Performance

• Share daily closing numbers & follow-up list
• Track conversion percentage, drop-off reasons
• Suggest improvements for funnels & lead quality

Requirements

• Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
• Experience in Instagram DMs, WhatsApp sales, or inside sales
• Confident on phone calls
• High energy + disciplined follow-up culture
• Comfortable working with CRM tools

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
