Client Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be working as a Client Acquisition Specialist (International Sales) at Signal Expert Global LLP in Indore. Your main responsibilities will include client acquisition, retention, relationship management, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Reach out to potential clients through calls, chats, and emails. - Convert potential clients into active trading clients. - Help clients choose the right services and generate revenue. - Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients. - Educate clients on trading fundamentals, market risks, and recommend suitable strategies based on their risk profile. - Assist clients with account setup, KYC procedures, and onboarding on trading platforms like MT4/MT5 to ensure a smooth activation process. - Meet monthly revenue targets through client acquisition. Qualifications: - Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written. - Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree. - For freshers, previous experience in sales or direct client interaction through internships is required. - Experienced applicants should have a minimum of 6 months experience in sales or direct client interaction roles. - Knowledge of the Domestic and Global Financial Market, specifically Forex & Comex. - Possess strong drive, goal orientation, and be an active team player with exceptional relationship management skills. - Preference will be given to candidates with experience in International Sales, Marketing, and Financial Services.
