Client Acquisition Specialist

If you have a proven track record in telesales or client acquisition within the financial or insurance sector and possess strong knowledge of the stock market


Key Responsibiities:


Career Opportunities

  • High-Value Calling:

    Execute high-volume outbound calls to potential clients, introducing and promoting our integrated financial services, with a specific focus on investment and trading platforms.
  • Needs Assessment:

    Conduct thorough discussions with prospects to understand their financial goals, risk appetite, and insurance requirements.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Proactively recommend and explain relevant financial products, including:
  • Investment & Stock Market Services

    ( Equity, Mutual Funds).
  • Insurance Solutions

    (Life, Health, General) to ensure comprehensive financial security.
  • Sales Conversion:

    Skillfully handle client objections, clarify complex financial concepts, and successfully convert leads into active, long-term clients.


Knowlegde and Complaince:

  • Product Expertise:

    Maintain an up-to-date, comprehensive knowledge of all investment and insurance offerings, market trends, and regulatory changes.
  • Ethical Practices:

    Adhere strictly to regulatory compliance guidelines, ensuring all communication and sales practices are ethical and prevent mis-selling.


Adminisration and Reporting:

  • CRM Management:

    Accurately track and manage all client interactions, sales pipeline, and follow-up activities using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Target Achievement:

    Strive to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for both account openings and premium sales.


Required skills and Qualification:

  • Experience:

    Minimum

    1-2 years

    of experience in Telesales, Client Acquisition, or Financial Advisory, preferably within the

    Investment, Stock Broking, or Insurance industries.

  • Financial Market Knowledge:

    Good conceptual understanding of the

    stock market, trading processes, and basic investment products.

  • Insurance Acumen:

    Familiarity with the structure and benefits of common

    life and general insurance products

    .
  • Communication:

    Exceptional

    verbal communication skills

    in Tamil and English, with a clear, professional, and persuasive telephone presence.
  • Attributes:

    Highly target-oriented, self-motivated, and possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Education:

    Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
