Client Acquisition Specialist[Remote] About the Role We are looking for a sharp, high-energy Sales Executive who can bring in clients for Y2K Media Labs. This role is pure commission-based , ideal for ambitious people who want unlimited earning potential without fixed working hours. If you can pitch, close, and communicate clearly — you will thrive here. Responsibilities Find and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, or networking. Sell services like: Performance marketing (Meta, Google) Content creation Brand marketing UGC production Social media management AI-powered solutions Set up meetings between prospects and the founders. Understand client needs and explain our solutions clearly. Maintain a simple lead tracker and report progress weekly. Coordinate with the performance marketing and creative team. Qualifications Strong communication & persuasion skills — both written and verbal Experience in sales, client acquisition, lead generation, or business development (any industry acceptable) Ability to pitch marketing services confidently (training provided) Self-motivated, target-driven, and extremely proactive Comfortable with cold calling, DMs, outreach & follow-ups Basic understanding of digital marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads, content, branding) Fluent in English + Hindi Commission Structure (Very Rewarding) 10% on every closed project (one-time or retainer) 5% monthly commission on long-term retainers No cap on income. Close 5–10 clients = earn more than a full-time salary.
