Who We're Looking For

• Gender: Only Female Candidates.
• Knowledge: You must have at least basic knowledge of the stock market. This isn't just a calling job; it's about educating and guiding clients.
• Skills: Exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You should be a conversion superstar!
• Bonus: Experience or a keen interest in technical classes and financial education is a huge plus. We want someone who can talk about the value of learning and improving investment management.

What You'll Do

• Generate Leads: Connect with potential clients and introduce them to our financial products and services.
• Convert & Educate: Use your knowledge to guide clients through the basics of the stock market and help them open trading and Demat accounts.
• Achieve Targets: Work towards and exceed your daily and monthly conversion targets.
• Build Relationships: Establish strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering the right solutions.
• Promote Education: Encourage clients to join our technical classes to improve their trading knowledge.
