Job Summary:
We are seeking a confident and result-oriented Female Telecalling Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months of experience in telecalling, with prior experience .
Location -Bhubaneswar
Experience -Minimum 6 months
Salary -0.96 LPA-1.44 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and handle inbound inquiries.
Schedule and confirm site visits with prospective buyers.
Maintain and update the customer database regularly.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for lead management.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive client experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
Good command of English, Hindi, and Odia (preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
