Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern based in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include providing support in employee onboarding, training activities, and maintaining recruitment records. This role requires strong communication skills and a proactive approach to recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
• Proficiency in Employee Training and Onboarding
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or recruitment technologies is a plus
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
