Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Intern for a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The intern will assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring teams. Additional responsibilities include assisting in employee onboarding processes, maintaining recruitment databases, and effectively communicating with team members. This role offers hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition while being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing to support talent acquisition and hiring processes
• Proficiency in Communication to engage effectively with candidates and team members
• Experience or willingness to assist in Training and onboarding processes
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities efficiently
