Role: Recruiting Intern

As a Recruiting Intern, you will play a key role in our talent acquisition efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing and shortlisting candidates

• Conducting initial screenings

• Coordinating interviews

• Supporting training activities

• Maintaining communication with candidates and internal teams

• Contributing to an organized and efficient hiring process

Qualifications:

• Understanding of recruiting, hiring, and interviewing processes

• Strong communication skills

• Interest or experience in training and candidate development

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn
