Position Overview:

• We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support our hiring for Core IT and Cybersecurity roles. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT concepts, excellent communication and coordination skills, and a background in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Cold Calling, Sourcing and screening candidates for IT and cybersecurity positions.

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements.
• Manage job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Support end-to-end recruitment activities for niche technology roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology .

• Excellent verbal and written

  communication skills

• Prior experience or training in technology (cybersecurity/it) and talent acquisition.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
