Job Summary

Recruiting Intern

As part of this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles, collaborating with trainers, and supporting talent operations. If you’re passionate about connecting people with opportunities and want to kick-start your HR career in a fast-growing tech environment — this internship is for you!


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage

    end-to-end recruitment

    for IT and technical positions — from job posting and sourcing to interviews and onboarding.
  • Source and engage candidates through platforms such as

    LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed

    .
  • Coordinate with

    trainers and internal teams

    to align new batches and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Conduct preliminary candidate screenings and evaluate their suitability for roles.
  • Maintain and update applicant data in the internal tracking system.
  • Support

    employer branding and campus outreach initiatives

    to attract quality talent.
  • Assist in preparing hiring reports and performance metrics for leadership review.
  • Contribute ideas to improve the hiring process and candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or pursuing) in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 0–1 year of experience or internship in recruitment, HR operations, or talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in job portals, sourcing tools, and MS Office.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with

    ATS or HR software

    is an added advantage.
