Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of 10–15 members to achieve sales and operational targets.

Drive the adoption of healthcare financing and savings solutions among customers and partners.

Monitor team performance through effective reporting and daily performance tracking.

Collaborate with internal departments to execute targeted campaigns and optimize customer engagement.

Ensure consistent follow-ups and maintain a superior customer experience.

Handle team onboarding, training, and performance improvement initiatives.

Maintain a proactive, solution-oriented approach to achieve organizational objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Proven track record in leading mid-sized sales teams in healthcare, fintech, or financial services.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to influence and guide teams effectively toward business goals.
