Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth and culture. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about finding the right talent to drive business success


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, etc
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring team
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
  • Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0-1 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (in-house or agency)
  • Understanding of recruitment platforms and sourcing techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ATS and HR software is a plus
