Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. This role offers hands-on exposure to recruitment strategies, employer branding, and talent acquisition processes.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment — from posting jobs to onboarding new hires
• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, Apna, Job hai and other job portals
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate databases
• Maintain recruitment and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, and MS Office tools
• Eager to learn and grow in the HR/recruitment space
• Experience in F&B recruitment would be a big plus
