Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com); CA Inter preferred. 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting. Strong working knowledge of Accounting ERPs and Excel/Google Sheets. Familiarity with statutory regulations: GST, TDS, payroll compliance. Excellent communication and coordination skills across functions. Proven ability to work independently and handle multiple financial processes concurrently.
