We are looking for a curious, creative, and proactive
Marketing intern
to join our Branding/Marketing
team at Procedure. Procedure is growing, and were building our marketing function from the ground up. This is a hybrid position
based in Mumbai (Bhandup West)
. It is a unique opportunity to get hands-on experience in a high-growth B2B tech company and play a key role in shaping our brands voice and reach from the very beginning. The internship is for 6 months
with the opportunity to convert into a full-time position
based on performance.

Heres what we expect from you
- Amplify our technical content (blogs, case studies) across key platforms like LinkedIn, dev.to , Medium, and other relevant communities.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) that simplifies complex tech concepts.
- Monitor social media channels, engage with our community, and spark meaningful conversations.
- Research and identify new trends, content formats, and creative ideas to increase our brand visibility and engagement.
- Assist in tracking and reporting on social media performance to help refine our content strategy.
What you should have
- Prior internship experience in a B2B or tech marketing role is a must.
- A strong grasp of social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn) and a keen eye for current content trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams.
- A proactive, fast-learning attitude with a genuine curiosity for technology.
- Must be based in Mumbai and available to work in a hybrid model.
