Job Title: Recruiter – 6 Months Contract (Extendable) Location: Hyderabad (Hybrid) Experience: 4–8 Years Notice: Immediate Joiners preferred About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Recruiter to join Big 4 on a 6-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension based on performance. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment management across multiple business units. Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective strategies. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.). Drive the interview process, ensuring smooth coordination and candidate experience. Negotiate offers and close positions within agreed timelines. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress. Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/consulting or professional services. Stakeholder Management experience is must Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability. Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools. Ability to work in a hybrid model (Hyderabad). Agile, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional. Contract Type: 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)
