Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment management across multiple business units.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and build effective strategies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels (job portals, referrals, social media, etc.).
• Drive the interview process, ensuring smooth coordination and candidate experience.
• Negotiate offers and close positions within agreed timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical roles.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on hiring progress.

Requirements:

• 4–8 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT/consulting or professional services.
• Stakeholder Management experience is must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building ability.
• Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment independently.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a

  hybrid model

  (Hyderabad).
• Agile, detail-oriented, and result-driven professional.
